WELKIN MECHANICAL, LLC
Welkin Mechanical is the region’s leading mechanical and specialty contractor, serving public agencies and contractors in the New York City infrastructure construction market. Established in 2008, Welkin specializes in general contracting, heavy mechanical, fire protection, plumbing and HVAC, focusing on the region’s most challenging and unique projects. With an unmatched reputation for the highest quality personalized service and craftmanship, Welkin is a major contractor for the Department of Environmental Protection, and serves many other owners and private clients, performing as both a subcontractor and general contractor.
J-TRACK, LLC
Established to provide comprehensive track and transit system construction services, J-Track has become a formidable force in heavy civil construction, with expertise in transit and track construction, concrete and foundation work, building/general contracting, storm and flood mitigation and utility work. Immediately after Hurricane Sandy, J-Track was selected by the MTA to perform emergency storm repair work, due to the company’s strong reputation of successfully completing complex work with limited time and resources.
